This is a great organization. Being out of work is difficult. The staff is compassionate and caring. They made me feel welcome. I appreciate their kindness, and the respect they gave to me. Thanks so much!
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... person, and they care about helping those who need the help.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... their caring and compassion for others.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... warm, supportive and friendly.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... help a tremondous amount of people that really need help with the terrible conditions in the economy, right now. The government seems now to rely on charities and giving organizations to help others,with the focus of the government on funding the defense industry, giving subsities to oil industry and giving tax breaks to the wealthy, as well as, taking the duties off of foreign imports that do away with jobs for Americans in manufacturing and outsourcing.
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... the line moved a bit faster, but is not too bad.
- If I ran this organization, I would... publicize that these services are available in more places like the Pennysaver, GreenSheet and senior centers, if they will give free space as a public service.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... probably going to be the increases in the amount of people that need these services as we enter this recession in the economy.
- One thing I'd also say is that... I appreciate being able to use the services they have available. Everyone has been very friendly, caring and helpful to me. Thank you so much!
