They have so many excellent ideas to not only connect volunteers with nonprofits but to connect them with meaningful projects. Any additional funding they received will be well deserved and utilized effectively and efficiently.

- If I ran this organization, I would... expand the organization and increase the staff so that more people can enjoy its services and the community can be more heavily impacted by their work.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... staffing. This organization seems poised to expand and increase its capacity. In order to do so, there needs to be more staff members committed to serving the organization.
