The HSCC excels at meeting the needs of its clients and the communities it serves. At least as important, it is an outstanding developer of talent which continues to spread throughout the region improving the capactiy of other nonprofits.

Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... increasing need and decreasing financial resources
- One thing I'd also say is that... I wish more organizations copied HSCC's approach to financial stability and staff development, compensation, and reward.
