For more than 7 years, I have witnessed the staff of the Mentoring Partnership support hundreds of local mentoring programs by providing them with technical assistance and support; by highlighting mentoring as an important community priority; and by connecting mentors and mentees.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... hundreds of local programs providing mentoring support for young people.
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... optimism and ambition.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... incredibly kind.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... make certain that every local kid who needs and/or wants a mentor would have one.
Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... keeping mentoring opportunities top of mind for volunteers.
