As an NHCO Board member, I have the unique opportunity to see the dedication and expertise of the staff - especially Fay Morgan the Exec Dir. - up close. Perhaps their greatest strength is an acute understanding of the everyday needs of north hills residents in crisis. They have developed programs that address the real needs of these people and show us success stories at every board meeting. It is truly an honor to work with them. Bill Miller

- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... gaining a greater understanding of the needs within my community.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... dedicated social service experts.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... ensure that no one in the North Hills went without food, clothing or heat.
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... more North Hills residents contributed to the success of the organization through monetary gifts and volunteerism.
- If I ran this organization, I would... put Fay Morgan on a lifetime contract.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... meeting the needs of individuals beyond its service boundary through expension or the cultivation of similiar groups. partnering with local government.
