Mission:
The mission of PDI is to assist local institutions worldwide to improve the quality of life of rural poor by initiating integrated health, community development, educational, and environmental conservation projects.
Results:
PDI works in conjunction with the Thai NGO, Population & Community Development Association, which was instrumental in halting the spread of HIV/AIDS in Thailand has successfully implemented rural development projects in over 400 villages.
