Mission:
Founded in 1997 by Rodger Harrison Paramedics For Children is an international humanitarian organization serving the world''s poor by providing programs that help save lives, bring hope, and restore dignity. This assistance is always provided without regard to religious beliefs, gender, or ethnic background, and without any personal agendas on the part of our organization. We are now working in Honduras Central America" All of our funding comes totally from private donations. Many of our donors are also volunteers. Although we are a small charity we are very proud of our ability to get the job done. We maintain our main office in Charlotte, NCand are an incorporated 501 (c) (3) non profit organization. Our IRS identification number is: 56-2142951. We also maintain a headquarters in Copan Ruinas, Honduras, where we have an office and medical clinic.

It is hard to describe the impact this little charity had on the refugees in Indonesia after the tsunami of December 2004. The charity founders, Pam and Rodger, accomplished an incredible feat of organizing 16 medical professionals to respond to the critical conditions in Indonesia. Paramedics for ... more »

A very special, caring ministry in Western Honduras. Low (no?) overhead, everything goes to those in need in impoverished communities. Lives have been saved, literacy rates have been increased, school dropout rates have been reduced. The organization has established EMT services in many ... more »
