Direct beneficiaries per year: There are approximately 1,000 students actively involved in lessons at any one time throughout the year.
Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: help match volunteer teachers with nominated students.
Geographic areas served: Nation-wide
Mission:
To provide long term musical training to promising children in financial need across the country by linking them with qualified music teachers willing to teach at a reduced rate.
Results:
We have reached 4,700 disadvantaged children nationwide with active students in over 40 states. Our dedicated and caring teachers have logged over 310,000 hours of instruction time which equates to over $7.4 milllion in in-kind donation.

Every year our professional organization holds a piano contest. My music link students are consistent winners in this contest. These students would not be able to participate without the music link benefits they receive. Many of my Music Link families are living on one income. The help they ...

I am proud to be a MusicLink teacher. As a MusicLink Foundation teacher, I volunteer my time to teach students who cannot afford to pay for lessons. I currently have five students. It is so difficult to put into words the joy and satisfaction that I have experienced from my MusicLink students. ...
