Mission:
Met Council is one of New York?s largest human services agencies, providing critical services to more than 100,000 New Yorkers in need. We are unique in providing the city?s more than 350,000 poor and near-poor Jewish New Yorkers with outreach and services including crisis intervention, career counseling, affordable housing, a kosher food pantry, family violence services, home care, immigration services, facilitated enrollment, capacity building, legal services, and clothing and furniture donations.
