Mission
By providing free comprehensive academic and college guidance services, FCE’s mission is to increase the number of students of color enrolling in and graduating from four-year colleges and universities. Located in East Palo Alto, FCE targets talented students from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds, those first in their family to attend college, and those who have limited understanding of the higher education system.
