Disabled Veterans SCUBA Project
Mission:
Mission: To serve disabled Veterans by helping them experience the camaraderie of SCUBA diving and the wonders of the underwater world.
The all volunteer staff of the Disabled Veterans SCUBA Project currently has approval to teach SCUBA diving to the disabled Veterans at Long Beach and West Los Angeles VA hospitals.
We are providing SCUBA instruction to disabled Veterans (Paraplegic, Quadriplegic, PTSD, TBI, Poly-Trauma, Blind, or Amputee).

I became a Handicapped Scuba Association Instructor through a course organized by the Disabled Veterans Scuba Project (I am a PADI dive instructor as well).
I have assisted in SCUBA training for disabled American veterans which will lead to their dive certification.
