I became involved with CTFR when I’d taken on a litter of 5 kittens. Elizabeth Brumbaugh, the founder of CTFR, sponsored all 5 kittens to be spayed/neutered AND set up an intake appointment for them at the Austin Humane Society, so that they could be placed through AHS’s adoption ...
