ActionAid works with the world’s poorest people. We target families living in rural communities in poor countries to help them secure and sustain better futures for themselves. We work with small-scale farmers to help them adapt to climate change. We work with women and girls to help them claim their rights and access justice systems to redress violence and crime.

What your donation will allow us to do:
Your gift provides immediate help where it is needed and leverages the long-term changes needed to put an end to the fundamental causes of poverty. Your generous support puts food in the hands of the hunger while also working in the halls of power to bring the voices of poor and excluded people to promote policies that can put an end to their hunger and poverty.

Send a child to school to learn basic reading and math skills and provide the child with a nourishing meal and safe drinking water during the school day.
Your donation of $60 per month enables us to:
Just $2 per day - a day’s income for more than half the people in the world - could provide a family with the seeds, tools and trainings they need to grow their own food for years to come.
Your donation of $50 enables us to:
Provide enough chicks and supplies for 15 children orphaned due to HIV & AIDS to suppliement their diets and provide them enough income to support them while they complete primary school.
