NARAL is the political arm of the reproductive choice/freedom/rights movement.
They are great in providing information about reproductive issues and research and analysis.
The Great!
- I've seen the results of this organization in... defeating propositions that would hurt young adolescent women
- What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is... protecting women's rights.
- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... very intelligent. working their b--- off people, risking their lives
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... educate people that choice is not pro-abortion, but simply allowing each person to choose on their own prevent unwanted pregnancies by increasing access to contraception
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... they had more events for "joe blow" ir they recruited men
- If I ran this organization, I would... appeal to men, get the college campuses more active.
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... framing and getting the word out. getting people to talk about the issue and think about it.
- One thing I'd also say is that... choice is about freedom of religion. Each person deciding according to their own religion and not pushing one choice on another person.
