Funding, web exposure and a truly nice and concerned staff.
I would like to see them get $1 million to spread out among the great projects-other than that they know what to do and are doing it and getting better as time goes on.
Many ways as they have funded 3 other projects wtih us. Its a great way to get funding from great people who really want to help. Ioby.org is a Godsend and we look forward to many more years of working with them.
I would leave it as it works well as it. I only wish more people would post and donate because there are some many people that could do more with a bit of funding
at ioby.org they have a can-do attitude. This is a great thing for all groups-but especially groups that have access to limited funding.

Ioby would make a huge difference locally and globally... they really care - from what I've seen they not only help organizer get their project together but they also attend and help out the day of the Project.

give them all the support they need as they are filling a niche that often gets overlooked by government, social programs and other larger, national environmental organizations.

Really impressive. I'm not always most comfortable on the web, but when I met with Erin and Cassie, two of the IOBY staff, I think I understood the power of microfunding for the first time. Then I gave to my first political campaign in 2009!
