I am a current Board member for this organization and believe strongly in the current leadership.
Career Closet is staffed predominately by volunteers who do an amazing job providing women with a new image and new opportunities for professional growth.
I would encourage anyone interested to consider becoming a volunteer and you'll see first hand the impact Career Closet makes on the lives of women in our community.
Santa Clara County is lucky to have a Career Closet available to help women in need.

Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... letting people know that they need financial donations as well as clothing donations.

I did not have a positive experience as a board member. I found the board dysfunctional and was not impressed with the executive director who is still there.
